BeforeAfterA premium project: karaoke, restaurant, lounge and VIP rooms. I built the financial model, raised private financing, ran the construction, hired the team and set the standards. The guest journey — from booking to loyalty — is digital and our own. Design started in 2025; in October 2025 we signed the agreement and started looking for a venue; on 1 July 2026 we opened to all guests. After the opening I handed management to the investor and exited the project: the system runs without me.
